How to spammers find my guestbook and is there a way that I can prevent it?

most people use some kind of image verification thing on their forms to prevent something like that

Update:
I used the IP deny module in CPanel to block two IPs from two spam guestbook entries. Since then I have gone the longest without any spam. My question is: am I potentially blocking innocent people from viewing my site? Or JUST the evil spammer? |

just two ip's, i doubt any innocent people will be hurt

Yeah, bots crawl the web... you need to put a file in your website and call it robots.txt From there you need to add this line:
User-agent: *Disallow: / Hope that helps |
